INVITATION TO TENDER (ITT) FOR THE SUPPLY OF 6 X PROJECT VEHICLES

The LAFIYA programme is a 7-year DFID Funded programme from February 2020 to February 2027. The programme is being implemented by Palladium and its Consortium Partners – Society for Family Health. Options Consultancy Services Ltd. CHECOD. PharmAccess,  Solina and Chatham House.


The objective of the programme is to improve health outcomes for the poorest and most vulnerable in Nigeria through (i) encouraging Government of Nigeria to increase resources invested in health; (ii) improving effectiveness and efficiency of public and private basic health for services and (iii) reducing total fertility rate in Nigeria.


Palladium international Development Nigeria Limited on behalf of DFID/LAFIYA Programme is seeking to invite tenders for the supplies of 6 Nos of project vehicles. Toyota Prado VX/2018 Models

Your tender response must be received in the following format:


A cover letter to be submitted on official headed paper stating clearly your understanding of the requirements and ability to deliver.

Additional documentation responding to all the Technical and Financial Assessment Selection Criteria set out in this ITT. The underlisted documents are to be included in the tender submission:

(1)  Company/Business profile


(2)  Evidence of Corporate Registration/incorporation with CAC


(3)  Evidence of Tax Registration accompanied with 2020 tax clearance/certificate


(4)  Evidence of Public Liability insurance


(5)  Evidence of Professional Indemnity


(6)  Latest audited business report


(7)  Evidence of recent similar deliveries


(8)  List of key clients.


(9)  Reference from 2 of your standing clients


Due to COVID- 19 mitigation guidelines, we are unable to receive hard copy submissions at this time: all submissions must bevia email with complete documentation in PDF format. Please note that the email address access is regulated and only mails with the correct subject reference will be opened after the Closing Date.
