INVITATION TO TENDER

Ibadan North East Local Government wishes to invite tender from competent and reputable contractors for the below project at Jonku Market, along Iwo Road-Ojoo Ibadan Expressway, Amuda Oojere Area, Ibadan:

Construction of Reinforced Concrete, Line Drainages, Retaining Walls, Kerb, Solar Street Light and Asphalt Paving of Jonku Market, Ibadan North East Local Government, Iwo Road, Ibadan

(2) Interested contractors are to submit the following documents:

(a)  Evidence of registration of business with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC)

(b)   Performance bond from reputable Bank or Insurance Company

(c)    Evidence of registration as a contractor with Ibadan North East Local Government

( d)  Bond Security

( e)  Details of project of similar nature and volume executed within last five (5) years.

( f)    Three (3) years Tax Clearance Certificate

( g)    Payment of N250,000 non-refundable fee for pre-registration only by certified bank in the name of Ibadan North East Local Government

(h)     Detailed Company profile and organisation structure including names and telephone numbers of key person (Technical/Managerial)

(i)     Copies of VAT Registration with TIN number and evidences of VAT remittances for the last 3 years (2017 – 2019).

( j)    Company’s Audited Accounts for the last three years (2017- 2019)

(3)   Closing date for the submission of bid documents is 2 weeks from the date of this publication i.e. 1 September, 2020 – 15 September, 2020.
