PROCUREMENT OF OFFICE EQUIPMENT AND INSTALLATION

(1)     This Specific Procurement Notice (SPN) follows the General Procurement Notice (GPN) for the sub-programme, which appeared in the United Nations Development Business (UNDB)

(2)     The Federal Government of Nigeria has received financing from the African Development Bank (ADB) towards the cost of Inclusive Bask Service Delivery and Livelihood Empowerment Integrated Program (IBSDLEIP)  in North East for Federal Ministry of Water Resources (FMWR). It is intended that part of the proceeds of this loan will be applied to eligible payments under the contract for procurement of Office Equipment and Installation

(3)     The Federal Ministry of Water Resources, Programme Coordinating Unit, invites sealed bids from prospective eligible bidders for the supply and installation of under listed office equipment.

(4)     Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the bidding documents at the Office of the Federal Ministry of Water Resources (FMWR), Programme Co-coordinating Unit (PCU), 3rd Floor Bassan Plaza, Right Wing, Adjacent National Bureau of Statistics Central Business District Abuja FCT, fmwrrwssp@gmail.com.

(5)     A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by interested bidders upon the submission of a written application to the above Programme Implementation Unit and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Twenty Thousand (N20,000) Naira only per each lot into the account. (6)     The provisions in the Instructions to Bidders and in the General Condition of Contract are the provisions of the African Development Bank Standard Bidding Document, Procurement of Goods.

(7)     Bids must be delivered to the above office on or before 12:00noon on 16 September, 2020 and MUST be accompanied by bid security as specified for each lot in the above table. To bid for both lot, a separate bid security for each lot should be provided. Presenting a single bid security for both lot render the bids non-responsive. Electronic bidding will not be permitted.

(8)     Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders or their representatives who choose to attend in person at the Conference Hall of the address under paragraph 4 above on 16 September, 2020 by 12:30pm prompt.

(9)     Late bids shall be rejected.
