INVITATION TO TENDER FOR THE SUPPLY OF VARIOUS ITEMS
INTRODUCTION
Pro-Health International (PHI) is a non-Profit, non-Governmental organization supporting Health and Development work in Nigeria. Pro-Health International is currently leading a 5-year USAID Funded local partners capacity strengthening project known as Integrated Child Health and Social Services Award (ICHSSA4) in consortium with Catholic Relief Services (CRS).
The ICHSSA4 project is designed to scale up care and support for OVCs and their care givers in Bauchi and Adamawa State.
DESCRIPTION OF ITEMS REQUESTED:
LOT 1. 16 Desktops-HP Elite Desk 800 G4 SSF Desktop, core i7, 8GB RAM. 1TB HDD. 18.5″ monitor freedos. keyboard, mouse
63 HP Pavilion core i7. 14″convertible laptops. 8GB RAM. 1TB, HDD, window 10 Pro, with keyboard back light.
LOT 2. 700 units of SUMO manual sewing machine, spec model No JA2- 1, N.W 10.5/KGS,GW:11/KGS,Meas:42x20x29cm
300 units of SUMO automatic sewing machine, spec model No JA2-1. N W-10.5/KGS. GW:11/KGS. Meas: 42x20x29cm.
1000 units of SUMO medium speed overlock sewing machine. GN1-1130.
LOT 3. 510 units of 100kg Fish smoking machine/food drying machine.
950 units of grinding mill with Tigmax petrol engine-Gx390-13HP.
LOT 4. 2 units of Toyota Hiace bus. high roof, wide body. 2 7 liters petrol engine, manual transmission. 16 sealers. A/C radio/CD player. airbags, vinyl seats.2020 model etc.
Delivery of items will be in Jos. Plateau state
ELIGIBILITY
All quotations should include the following
Certificate of registration/incorporation, memorandum and articles of association and valid Tax Clearance Certificate and Tax Identification number (TIN)
Evidence of contract done in the last one year Track record – past performance references from previous clients.
Price (cost of items and ancillary expenses) and payment terms. Sample quality (including pictures).
Warranty terms
Applicable government taxes will be deducted prior to making payments for items procured
