TENDER FOR PROVISION OF TRAVEL AGENCY SERVICES

The Deutsche Gesellschaft fur Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH, through its “Country Office in Abuja, Nigeria financed by the Federal Ministry of Economic Cooperation and Development of Germany, invites qualified travel agencies to express their interest, find details below:

To provide a wide range of travel related services in the most expeditious manner consistent with the best interest of GIZ and using its best professional skills and judgment to obtain such travel related services at the lowest cost to GIZ staff and partners in an efficient manner. Estimated annual turnover of expected service is over NGN450, 000,000.00 per calendar year.

Accordingly, GIZ invites interested and qualified travel agencies to express their interest by furnishing GIZ Nigeria Country Office with the following:

(a)    An official letter expressing interest

(b)   Company profile including CVs of staffs and number of employees (permanent / temporary) for the last 3 years listed

(c)    Evidence of registration with IATA

(d)    Evidence of experience in provision travel agency services (within 2016 to 2019) only verifiable third-party evidences are acceptable such as award letter or invoice.

( e)   Tax clearance certificate for 2016, 2017 and 2018 clearly Indicating minimum turnover of at least 150 million naira

(f)     CAC registration certificate and CAC form C02 that indicate business area in travel agency.

(g)    Bank Reference Letter issued on behalf of German Development Corporation

For consideration, all interested & qualified Travel Agencies should submit the aforementioned documents only as hard copy in a sealed envelope to GIZ Nigeria Office reception at No 4 Julius Nyerere Crescent, Asokoro, Abuja and kindly label as follows:

Interested companies should kindly send requested documents (hard copy only) not later than Monday 14 September 2020. Your bidding documents should not be 30pages in confirmation with conditions stated above.
