REQUEST FOR QUOTE- PR # 9304961- PROVISION OF SCAFFOLDING SERVICES FOR CLEANING WORK AT THE EMBASSY:
DUE DATE: SEPTEMBER 7, 2020
The U. S. Embassy Abuja has a requirement for a vendor to provide scaffolding services for the cleaning of windows within the Chancery and Annex Buildings of the American Embassy Compound Abuja as per attached SOW.
A site visit will not be required for this request and if you are interested kindly follow the instructions below to submit your offer.
The evaluation criteria for this requirement will include price, technical acceptability and past performance.
FOR A VALID QUOTE, please note the following:
(1) Include complete specifications, samples/pictures (where applicable), return policy and total shipment weight along with your quotes.
(2) Vendor must state BOLDLY if offering alternatives.
(3) All responses and quotes on this RFQ MUST to be sent via email to AbujaProcbids@state.gov , and have the same subject line
(4) Vendors must state delivery terms (How long it will take to deliver).
(5) Deadline for offer submission is Monday September 7, 2020. Offers should be in two separate attachments; Technical and Price
Payment term is Net 30. Unsuccessful offerors may not be contacted.
