REQUEST FOR QUOTE – PR # 9245658 – INSTALLATION OF FURNITURE
The U. S. Embassy Abuja has a requirement for a vendor to provide furniture installation services for Government Furnished Furniture at CDC Office in American Embassy Compound, Abuja Nigeria as described in the attached Statement of Work. The services will cover the removal of existing furniture and addition of new Knoll furniture as set forth in the SOW.
You are invited to submit a quotation/proposal.
A site visit will not be required for the solicitation but the layout drawings may be provided for reputable firms, with requisite past performance, who express interest in this requirement no later than August 6, 2020.
The evaluation criteria for this requirement will include price, technical acceptability and past performance.
For a valid quote/proposal., please note the following:
Please include performance schedule, specifications, samples/pictures/complete drawings, (where applicable), along with your quotes.
Vendor must state BOLDLY how they intend to perform the requirement with reference to relevant past performance.
All responses and quotes should be sent to AbujaProcrocurement@state.gov and must reference the title of this RFQ on the subject line.
Vendors must state delivery terms (How long it will take to perform the requirement).
Deadline for offer submission is August 14, 2020.
Unsuccessful offerors may not be contacted.
Oral quotations will not be accepted.
