INVITATION FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR THE SUPPLY/INSTALLATION OF ICT EQUIPMENT AND DEPLOYMENT OF HOSPITAL MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE AT THE FOUR (4) EMIRATES GENERAL HOSPITALS AT BICHI, KARAYE RANO & GAYA
The Kano State Government In its desire to improve the quality of healthcare delivery to its citizens, and to centralize Government activities through the effective use of Information and communication Technology. To support this, the State Ministry of Health has embarked on deploying state-of-the-art ICT facilities at the newly upgraded General Hospitals
(1.0) SCOPE OF WORK
Eligible firms will be required to provide the following capabilities:
(i) Ability to develop, deploy and maintain a full featured Hospital Management Software (HMIS) with warranty services and other related accessories for the complete installation and commissioning of the Software. The Software will automata the Hospital’s processes
(ii) Interoperability of system and data with other existing database as required.
(iii) Ability to provide a dedicated server room at the Hospitals wherein all necessary Back End Equipment will be installed
(iv) Storage transmission and presentation of data and information points per required standards, using dashboards and analysis as required
(v) The entire job of Mounting of Cabling, Installation, and Configuration with the Network, Testing and other associated tasks shall be the responsibility of the firm.
(vi) Supply/Installation of Computer systems with the necessary HMIS.
(2.0) ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
The following: Mandatory Requirements shall be submitted along with detail company profile:
(i) Evidence of Certificate of incorporation with Corporate Affairs Commission.
(ii) CTC of Articles and Memorandum of Association of the Company, which must show that the Company has ICT related activities as part of its objectives.
(iii) Evidence of valid company’s Tax Clearance Certificate valid till 31st December, 2020.
(iv) Evidence of current Pension Compliance Certificate valid till 31st December, 2020.
(v) Evidence of current Industrial Training Fund (ITF) Compliance Certificate valid till 31st December, 2020.
(vii) Evidence of current Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF) Compliance Certificate valid till 31st December, 2020.
(vii) Evidence of Registration on the Nation Database of Federal Contractors, Consultants and Service Providers by submission of Interim Registration Report (IRR) expiring on 31/1/2021 or valid Certificate issued by BPP.
(viii) Company’s Audited Accounts for the last three (3) years (2017-2019).
(ix) Evidence of financial capability to execute the project (credit facility).
(x) A proper understanding of the ICT industry Copies of Curriculum Vitae with academic/professional qualifications of Key Staff to be deployed for the project.
(xi) Evidence of at least three (3) ICT jobs executed in the last 5 years.
(xii) Evidence of registration with State Works Reg. Board & Due Process Bureau.
(3.0) SUBMISSION OF PRE-QUALIFICATION DOCUMENTS:
Applicants for expression of Interest accompanied by the above listed documents should be forwarded in appropriately sealed envelopes boldly marked at the Top Qualification) for the Supply and Installation of ICT Equipment and Development of Hospital Management Software for the Upgraded General Hospitals in Karaye Bichi, Rano & Gaya Emirates to the Secretary, Special Ministerial Tenders Board State Ministry of Health (HQ), Post Office Road Kano.
(4.0) This advertisement will not be a commitment on the part of Kano State Government, nor shall it entail that those that submitted documents could make claim(s) whatsoever and/or seek any indemnity from Kano State Government or the State Ministry of Health on this publication.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
(i) Late submission of pre-qualification documents will NOT be entertained All submissions must be within two (2) weeks, from the date of this publication (11 August, 2020).
(ii) Only companies that are adjudged successful in the pre-qualification screening exercise shall be invited to collect tender documents upon payment of non- refundable fee of Fifty Thousand Naira Only (N50,000.00) payable to the Account Section of the Ministry.
