INVITATION FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR THE PROCUREMENT/INSTALLATION OF EQUIPMENT AND FURNITURE FOR THE UPGRADED EMIRATES GENERAL HOSPITALS IN KARAYE, BICHI, RANO & GAYA.
The Kano State Government in its continuous effort to provide effective, efficient and accessible quality healthcare services to its good people through the State Ministry of Health is hereby inviting prospective companies to express their interest in the procurement /Installation of Equipment & Furniture for the 4 upgraded hospitals in Karaye, Bichi, Rano and Gaya Emirates.
(1.0) Contract for which this invitation is made from the interested competent companies for the exercise as per list below:
(i) Ophthalmology equipment
(ii) Dental Equipment
(iii) Physiotherapy equipment
(iv) Laboratory equipment
(v) Theatre equipment
(vi) Radiology equipment
(vii) Intensive care unit
(viii) Ear. Nose & Throat equipment
(ix) Hospital furniture and linens
(x) Office furniture & accessories
(2.0) BIDDING REQUIREMENTS
APPLICATION IS OPEN TO VOLUNTARY FORMED JOINED VENTURES
All interested companies are requested to:
(A) Submit a comprehensive document containing the following particulars:
(i) Evidence of incorporation with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC)
(ii) Evidence of Tax clearance for the last three years
(iii) Company audited account for the last three years
(iv) Evidence of technical qualification
(v) Evidence of financial capability
(vi) Evidence of works registration with Kano State Government
(vii) Evidence of registration with Kano State Due Process Bureau
(3.0) SUBMISSION OF PRE-QUALIFICATION DOCUMENTS:
Applicants for expression of interest accompanied by the above listed documents should be forwarded in appropriately sealed envelopes boldly marked at the Top left corner Expression Of Interest/Pre-Qualification) for The Procurement Of Equipment And Furniture For The Upgraded General Hospitals In Karaye. Bichi Rano & Gaya Emirates to the Secretary: Special Ministerial Tenders Board State Ministry of Health (HQ), Post Office Road, Kano
(4.0) This advertisement will not be a commitment on the part of Kano State Government, nor shall it entail that those that submitted documents could make claim(s) whatsoever and/or seek any indemnity from Kano State Government or the State Ministry of Health on this publication.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
(i) Late submission of pre-qualification documents will NOT be entertained All submissions must be within two (2) weeks from the date of this publication (11 August, 2020).
(ii) Only companies that are adjudged successful in the pre-qualification screening exercise shall be invited to collect tender documents upon payment of non- refundable fee of Fifty Thousand Naira Only (N50,000.00) payable to the Account Section of the Ministry.
